Sharing your account with others or placing bets on someone else's behalf is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure.
In compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations, ki9 verifies the identity of its users (KYC — Know Your Customer). Withdrawals above a certain limit require completed KYC verification.
KYC verification is typically completed within 24–72 hours. If additional information is needed, we'll notify you by email. Withdrawals may be on hold during the verification process.
All information submitted for KYC is protected with SSL encryption and used solely for verification purposes. It is never sold to third parties.
Deposits at ki9 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit amount ৳200. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

KYC verification is required before withdrawals. Funds can only be withdrawn via the same payment method used for the deposit. ki9 reserves the right to temporarily delay a withdrawal for verification purposes.
All transactions on ki9 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
Depositing using another person's payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
Ki9 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which are detailed on the relevant bonus page.
To withdraw bonus funds, you must complete the specified wagering requirement. For example, a 30x wager means you need to place ৳30,000 in bets for a ৳1,000 bonus. The wagering requirement is clearly stated on each offer's page.
Most bonuses are valid for 30 days. If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.

Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the stake will be refunded. Odds in live betting may change rapidly.
If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error or human mistake, ki9 reserves the right to void the affected bet. Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds will not be considered valid.
Minimum and maximum betting limits apply to each event and market and are displayed on the relevant page. ki9 reserves the right to adjust betting limits for any account.
Any bet suspected of being linked to match fixing or manipulation of an event outcome will be investigated by ki9 and voided if necessary. Involvement in such activity will result in permanent account closure.
Ki9 offers 500+ games including Live Casino, slots, and crash games. All games are provided by third-party software providers and operate on certified RNG technology.
All game outcomes are determined by an automated RNG system and are never predetermined. If a game is interrupted due to a technical fault, bets from incomplete rounds will be refunded.
Certain games may be excluded when playing with a bonus. Applicable games are specified in the bonus terms.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:
The balance of any account found to be involved in the prohibited activities above will be forfeited, and law enforcement authorities will be notified if necessary.
Ki9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, for any reason — particularly in cases of Terms & Conditions violations.
You can close your account at any time. Please withdraw any available balance before doing so. Self-exclusion is also available if you need a temporary break.
If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance may be forfeited. If closure is due to general reasons, any verified balance will be returned after review.

In the event of a dispute, please first support@ki9.pro. We aim to resolve all issues within 48 hours. If the matter remains unresolved, you may escalate your complaint to the licensing authority.
